Risk of Minor Injury

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that wooden items may pose inherent risks, including but not limited to slinters, minor cuts, scratches, or other minor injuries. These risks are inherent to natural wooden products and cannot be completely eliminated.

No Guarantee of Absolute Smoothness

While reasonable care is taken to sand and finish all products, we do not guarantee that any wooden products will be completely free of rough sports or splinters.

Assumption of Risk

The customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the handling, use, and possession of our products. DIY_Leslie shall not be held liable for any injury, harm, o damage resulting from contact with handling of, o use of our wooden products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIY_Leslie shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products, including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reactions, damage to property, or loss of income.

Our jewelry may come into contact with skin. While we take care in selecting materials and finishes, individual reactions may vary.
